Trip 2 to Kruger november 2009
Lovely Giraffe family also along the Red Rock route...
I really love this route, nature and landscape is wonderful
Two of many bulls we saw. Up and right I belive a upcoming tusker for near future regarding his tusks... thick and promising...
Some members of a large buffalo herd.... most of the herd had already crossed the road ...estimating about 2000 buffalo
Can you believe.... having a braai and suddenly company of a Genet Cat. He stayed almost an hour with us...just sitting and relaxed.
As it should be...we did not give anything ...what a way to end a day in Mopani camp....
Sunset ...photographed somewhere along the main road to Mopani.... no words needed
Also close to Timbavati we saw this beautiful Bateleur Eagle (Berghaan) in a tree close to the road.
Up: A Chameleon on the wet road.
Up right: A promising tusker, known at Letaba Elephant Hall but not yet named ....
Characteristics, both tusks are equal in lenght and pointing upwards
